Who we are
This website is operated by Impact Nations Church Namibia, Erf 6630 Main Road, Ongwediva, Namibia ("the church", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our mobile app, why we collect it and how we protect it.
Information we collect
- Visit registrations — your name, contact details, preferred service and any message you send, so that we can welcome you and follow up.
- Prayer requests — the request you share and, if you choose, your name and contact details. You may submit anonymously.
- Membership registration — the information on the membership form, which is used only for pastoral care and church administration.
- Event registrations — your name, contact details and number of attendees.
- Contact enquiries and newsletter — your name, email address and message.
- Giving records — when giving is recorded, the amount, category, date and reference. We never store bank card numbers or security codes.
- Technical information — limited information such as IP address and browser type, used for security (e.g. preventing spam and abuse).
Prayer request privacy
Prayer requests are confidential. They are stored encrypted, are only accessible to authorised pastoral staff, and are never published on the website or shared publicly. We will only contact you about your request if you give permission.
Membership privacy
Membership information is only collected where it is needed for church life and pastoral care. Access is restricted to authorised church leaders and administrators. Giving history is only visible to authorised finance staff and, once member accounts are available, to you.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to you, provide pastoral care, organise services and events, keep church records and — only if you subscribe — send church updates. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Cookies
This website uses only essential cookies needed for security and to keep you signed in (for example, session and CSRF protection cookies). We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. You may ask us to update or delete your information.

You may contact us at any time to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to unsubscribe from updates.
